Our 'Rosengarten' apartment is on the ground floor and features a private terrace overlooking the garden, lush rose bushes, and the mountain landscape further up the valley. In summer, the apartment stays pleasantly cool. It includes a living kitchen, two comfortable double bedrooms, and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. If you enjoy games, you'll find board games in the kitchen bench. Our farm is nestled among meadows on the sunny side of the Ultental, above the valley road between St. Pankraz and St. Walburg. Thanks to its central location, Mitterbirbach-Hof is the perfect starting point for hikes and activities in the Ultental and beyond. We keep cows for fresh milk, and free-roaming chickens, ducks, and cats ensure there’s always something happening. It’s a paradise for children and a nature experience for everyone. Several outdoor seating areas surrounded by flowers offer impressive mountain views. We provide information for excursions and are happy to share insider tips. Our holiday apartments are bright and cozy. The “Pumbach” bus stop is nearby, and if you prefer to arrive by car, you’ll find parking on site.
